A Different View

Right now I'm struggling to design a program cover for the ballet, trying to find some way to unify three distinct photos. I mean really — there must be something in common between a guy leaping in the air (wearing only bicycle shorts), a ballerina princess (wearing a tutu and tiara) with her prince, and a corps of girls (wearing sparkling costumes) in snow.

I know there's a way to make it work, I just can't see it right now.

Sometimes a different view helps. Here's an example of a photo I shot vertically. I like it. But when I cropped it and made it horizontal, it completely changed.

Tell me. Which do you prefer?

Joy, I am so glad to see you doing this! I was totally "unaware" as usual! Just my own opinion, I like the horizontal photo better - but it might be because it is cropped in so close and I am partial to a shot like this. Good for you! The photos are lovely!

While I love both photos, I will have to go with the vertical one!

I would also love your support on the ELLE DECOR window that I decorated for the Big Window Challenge this year. As we all know, AT doesn't make it easy, but you can vote TWICE a day. Once online & the other by texting "1" to 89800.

Your support means the world to me!!
